Shopping Carts:

me with your ideas and I will work with you to create your own
special design with your own colors of choice.

Out of Stock:
Most items listed are in stock and will be shipping within 48hrs, you will be notified if it will take longer.
If it is possible to be re-created, then it can be backordered,

PayPal:
When
using the Shopping Cart you will be directed to check out
with PayPal. You may then use any credit card you'd like and if you
aren't registered with them, they will instruct you as to how you may do
that. It is very easy and only takes a few minutes.

Checks/Money
Orders:
You
have the option of printing out your invoice and sending a payment by
mail. Checks will be held for 7-10 days or until they clear before
shipping.

Credit
Cards:
You
also have the option of purchasing your items by phone and using your
Visa or Mastercard. Send me an email and we can arrange a mutual time
for the call.

For your
convenience, Shirley's Crystal accepts

I will ship
your order within two business days of receiving payment if paid
by credit card, PayPal or money order, if there is a delay I
will contact you with more information. For checks, I will send
your purchase after your check clears, which could take 10-14
days.
For Priority Mail' 2-3 days delivery it will be an

not completely satisfied with your items, you may return them
within 4 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund or
replacement, less shipping fees. You must notify me of the return and items must be
returned in the same condition and packaging as they were sent.
